Refresh policy

Catalog data is generated from captured source snapshots. A refresh may add, remove, merge, or reclassify records when the Awesome directory or public GitHub topic results change.

Public metadata can drift between refreshes. Repository README files remain authoritative for installation and compatibility. Directory-declared links are kept even when public metadata cannot be confirmed, but they receive no unverified installation command.
